Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest and most successful law firms in Lincoln and East Yorkshire in their Residential Conveyancing team. You could be a Licenced Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or Conveyancing Fee Earner but you must specialise in Residential Conveyancing and you must be fully capable of running your own caseload.

Our client is a top 200 Law Firm who have developed and excellent reputation and even better client base. You therefore have all the necessary tools to really use the role to drive your career forward and establish yourself in Residential Conveyancing.

The Role:
-In this role, you must be able to hit the ground running with your own Residential Conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
-This will cover a broad spectrum including new build, plot sales and sale and purchase files.
-Joining a CQS accredited team, you will work with a top quality client base and build long standing relationships.

The Candidate:
-Our client is very flexible and will accept applications from chartered legal executives, licenced conveyancers and fee earners so long as you have experience in residential property.
-You must be fully confident running your own caseload under minimum supervision.
-Taking part in business development, you must be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
