Real Estate Planning Associate Solicitor - £68,000+ (DOE)

An exciting and growing Practice on the Manchester Legal scene, my client is recommended by the Legal 500 for Real Estate, Planning, Construction and Property Litigation - they are now looking to expand their Planning offering in the North. Working on some of the largest planning applications in the UK they are now looking to add a real estate and planning Associate Solicitor to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 5year PQE+ Solicitor, with personal development opportunities abundant, and the chance to develop relationships within a client base that includes some of the biggest UK projects.

You will come from a recognized regional or national practice renowned for planning and real estate. You will have particular expertise in drafting and advising on complex Section 106 agreements and other statutory planning and highway agreements (including Section 278 and 38 agreements). You will be looking to join a practice where you can make your mark.
