Worthing based solicitors practice seeks locum to undertake Property Litigation / L&T work. Candidates will be dealing with rent/service charge recovery, boundary disputes, dilapidation claims, breach of covenant and L&T matters (both residential & commercial). Any experience with construction disputes, property related negligence claims or LVT work in relation to enfranchisement is an advantage. Generous rates, rolling contract until firm finds permanent member of staff. Available to start ASAP
