Residential Conveyancer (Sussex) Part Time

High street Solicitors practice (just north or Brighton) seeks experienced Residential Conveyancer to work part-time (ideally 3-4 days a week). You will be dealing with residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers and shared ownerships. Some experience with RTBs, Help to Buys and plot sales/purchases is preferred. Candidates must be IT literate, some additional experience with commercial property sales or lease work is an advantage. Great opportunity for a Conveyancer wishing to reduce working hours to Part-Time.
