Residential Conveyancer. Are you a Residential Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Liverpool who wants to be given the time to deal with clients face to face and would like to work with one of the regions leading Conveyancing practices? If so this role that could be right up your street.
They are a full service firm and as the next part of the firms' overall strategy they would like to develop the Residential Conveyancing offering in Liverpool. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions (Sales and Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold, Transfers of Equity etc) with complete autonomy and helping in the supervision of the more junior members of the team.
You are required to have ideally 1-3 years+ PQE with a demonstrable background in producing quality Residential Conveyancing work as a fee earner as the department takes great pride in being a multi award winning team.
The firm offers a very competitive salary (guideline of £25 - £35k) as just reward for this exciting and challenging position.
