The Role
We are now seeking a Litigation Solicitor for our clients’ busy department in Rotherham. Handling a diverse caseload, this is a unique opportunity suited to Litigator with a minimum of two years PQE. You will undertake duties in all aspects of Litigation including: civil and commercial disputes; professional negligence claims; property disputes; landlord and tenant matters; contractual disputes; debt litigation and; insolvency issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop an existing caseload and be an integral part of the department.
The successful Litigation Solicitor will be actively involved in the business development and networking of the firm. You will also be a professional working to strict deadlines and seeking to be part of a busy and progressive department. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE within a Litigation department;
Solid background in Civil, Commercial and Property Litigation is essential;
You will have excellent client skills;
Ability to participate in the business development of the firm is desirable;
You will be able to handle your workload under minimum supervision;
You will have a keen eye for details;
You will be a professional with a can do attitude.
