International Corporate Counsel - Medical Devices Company

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and technically sound corporate/commercial lawyer to work at a global medical devices company.

As International Corporate Counsel you will have a great deal of autonomy, supporting the Associate General Counsel who you will also report into. The role is set up to be hugely varied in scope, with commercial acumen paramount. You will be responsible for negotiating commercial contracts, advising on global distribution policy, and assisting with a range of corporate activities, from M&A transactions to regulatory issues.

You should ideally be at least 4 years PQE with a strong corporate commercial background, preferably (but not essentially) with experience of the life sciences and/or healthcare sectors. You will be required to liaise with a network of multi-jurisdictional stakeholders, and be capable of giving practical advice to the company's business operations both in the UK and globally.
