Commercial Property Solicitor

A rare opportunity to join this long established, multi-office, expanding law firm in Bath within their Commercial and Agricultural Property Team.

We have worked closely with this client for a number of years, witnessing their move from traditional Bath law firm to a multi-office modern offering all over the country. This role is a rare combination of working with commercial clients, owner managed businesses together with some of the firm's high value personal and farming clients. The role will involve a good mix of general commercial property work (including leases, L&T, high value residential property, disposals, acquisitions, development work, licensing), high value residential property (including the financing of such properties), and agricultural property matters.

This role will sit within the specialist team who have a second to none reputation in the market. You will have a strong background from another well regarded firm, with demonstrable experience in commercial property and or agricultural property.
