Commercial Legal Counsel (In-House)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join an excellent team within a renowned international business.

You will be providing compliant and pragmatic commercial advice and support across a broad range of matters; including responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial trading contracts with the Group's major business clients and suppliers. You will also provide regulatory and compliance advice, including data protection advice on customer, account, marketing, procurement and product matters.

This role will provide support predominately to the UK business teams, but may also involve supporting colleagues in relation to other European countries.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements and possess solid private practice and in-house exposure. Good knowledge of consumer protection law, consumer terms and conditions as well as e-commerce would be beneficial.
