Our Client is a large Japanese integrated trading company who have exclusively instructed Michael Page in relation to this search.

Description

Providing legal support in respect of various national laws and EU and other international regulations, including in relation to corporate governance.

Reviewing, drafting, advising on and negotiating various types of international commercial contracts and legal documents required in relation to corporate governance, including:

  • international sale and purchase agreements,
  • distributorship agreements,
  • agency agreements,
  • shareholders agreements,
  • share purchase agreements,
  • intellectual property and technology transfer,
  • M&A,
  • joint ventures,
  • guarantees,
  • loan facilities,
  • ISDA agreements and all corporate related legal documents.

    • Profile

    The successful candidate for will be a UK qualified lawyer with 1 to 3 years of post qualification experience working in a top tier law firm or multinational corporation, as well as having specific experience in;

    • drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements;
    • M&A;
    • Working within the energy, oil and/or gas sectors.
