Residential Conveyancing Team Leader

A National Firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join them in a team leader capacity.

Joining a high performing team, the role will incorporate some fee earning duties, alongside support and mentoring of the team. As well as managing your own cases, you will ensure performance targets are hit and undertake marketing duties for the department.

Applications are invited from experienced Residential Property Solicitors who have experience of leading a team or department, whatever the size and Firm type. You will be proficient in handling a caseload of straightforward and more complex matters relating to sales and purchase, and post completion, and be able to support and advise less experienced team members on these files. Strong communication and demonstrable experience of people management is essential.
