CORPORATE Associate - US firm

Corporate - M&A - PE - Capital Markets - ECM - London - US firm - impressive salary - 2-4 pqe

A couple of ambitious corporate associates at 2-4 years post qualification are required to join their thriving Corporate M&A ,JV and Capital markets team. Cross sector clients though with a slight bias towards energy, technology and infrastructure. The team offer English law capability in all aspects of private and public mergers and acquisitions and have extensive experience in the City Code governing public takeovers in the UK and the European Takeovers Directive

Their private equity work covers every type of investment and divestment activity, including early and later stage venture capital investments; MBOs, MBIs, IBOs and LBOs; re-engineered buy-outs; public to privates; and exits by sale to trade/financial buyers; equity and debt financings; rights offerings and IPOs in the UK, elsewhere in Europe and in the US. They also advise on the establishment of private equity and venture capital funds, including funds established in offshore jurisdictions.

You will someone who will be excited about being involved in the further development of a major US firm office in London.
