Position - Commercial Property Solicitor
Commercial Real Estate Lawyer/Commercial Property/Commercial Conveyancing/New Leases /Landlord and Tenant/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified solicitor or lawyer to join the London offices of a regional law firm. Due to excellent regional coverage and promotion of their commercial services the firm have seen a steady boon in work over the last twelve months. As such the firm are looking to bring a solicitor into their particularly buoyant commercial property team. With this in mind the firm are looking for a lawyer with a broad range of commercial property experience that will ideally include exposure to landlord and tenant files. On top of this the firm are looking for an experienced business developer and marketer who can support the firm in winning new business. Whilst not a necessary requirement any experience in handling residential property transactions would also be preferable. In turn this is a great opportunity to join firm with great coverage across London and the South East that brings in steady and continuous amounts of commercial property work. With longer terms plans in mind to develop the commercial team further, there exist realistic opportunities for career progression and development.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad base of commercial property transactional experience.
- Able to work with no supervision and provide guidance to junior staff where necessary.
- Ideally some experience in working on residential property transactions.
