Based in The Black Country, this firm specialises in corporate and commercial law and has a well deserved reputation as being one of the "go-to firms" for transactional services. The firm punches well above its weight and it regularly acts on highly complex corporate transactions with values in the hundreds of millions. The firm is looking to recruit a paralegal with anything from 1 to 5 years' experience of working in the corporate sector. This is a varied position where you will be tasked with assisting on due diligence, researching target companies and be heavily involved in the administration and management of projects such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals and, in particular, you will act on behalf of private equity clients who work alongside management teams undertaking management buyouts, company restructuring and related tax issues.
