Construction Lawyer, 1+

A renowned business engaged in professional indemnity insurance for Architects based in London is looking for two junior lawyers to join its legal team.

You will be a UK qualified lawyer with either non-contentious construction (suitable for a Contracts Manager Role) or contentious construction experience (suitable for Contracts and Claims Manager Role). You will be used to reviewing professional construction consultants' appointments, in particular architects' appointments.

You should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, willingness to help others and to work as part of a team, ability to give clear, succinct advice both in writing and verbally on the telephone and in meetings and good interpersonal skills and presentational skills.

You will have a minimum of 1 or 2 year's PQE - gained in private practice or in-house - of contentious and/or non-contentious construction law, familiarity with professional indemnity matters relating to construction professionals ideal.
