PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL - PRE-LITIGATION EL/PL – LIVERPOOL

Personal Injury Paralegal – a role has arisen for a personal injury paralegal with a claimant or defendant insurance background to join this leading top tier firm. You will be handling a pre-litigated caseload of EL/PL files increasing your knowledge of the MOJ Portal, specifically Stages 1 and 2.

  • Previous Experience: Personal injury paralegals with around 6 months or more experience managing a pre-litigated caseload of EL/PL and with experience of the MOJ Portal. Also, LPC or university graduates with strong academics are also encouraged to apply.

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

Ideally candidates wishing to apply should have around six months experience dealing with a pre-litigated caseload of EL/PL matters. However, as above, university and LPC graduates are also encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong academics and a willingness to learn. The most important attributes that any personal injury paralegal can draw upon are a focused work ethic, strong attention to detail and a desire to excel in this area of law.
