My client is an exciting and vibrant legal firm based on the outskirts of Liverpool, due to organic growth they are now seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Team Leader with a desire to learn new areas of law and help to lead a team of fee earners to success.
As a team leader you will be dedicated, motivated with a desire to deliver. You will possess a proven track record of managing the daily workloads, productivity and development of staff. You are expected to be a confident day-to-day decision maker, advising on cases including quantum, causation and liability.
You will be able to provide a professional and informative primary contact for all clients, customers and third parties whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
It is key that you are able to identify staff development and training requirements including conducting regular one to ones and appraisals if and when needed.
