Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

My client is a specialist law firm based in the West Yorkshire area. They are now looking to expand their Residential Property team by recruiting for an fee earner.
The role
You will be managing a caseload of files that include but not limited to;
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Help to Buy
- New build (purchase and sale)
- Right to Buy
- Shared ownership
The candidate
You will be at least 1 years experienced in dealing with a personal caseload of residential property matters, you will have fantastic communication skills both orally and written.
