A brilliant opportunity for a talented commercial property associate or senior associate to join a vibrant and progressive commercial firm and work closely with a partner/head of department.
The role is likely to suit a candidate currently at Associate / senior Associate level 4-8pqe with a proven track record in handling a busy commercial property caseload. Candidates outside of this remit will also be considered as the personality of the individual and general teamfit is incredibly important for the team.
The workload currently stands at landlord and tenant and development although mainly acting for landowners and developers.
The Partner is looking for a talented and driven individual who is a safe pair of hands. A following is not essential as work sources are in place but certainly the successful individual needs for the individual to be commercially aware.
