Our client is leading Outsourcing / Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Provider focused on Debt Recovery in the UK. Their clients include HMRC, The Courts, Local Authorities and Utility Companies.
They are now eager to recruit a Contract Commercial Lawyer with 4-5 PQE to work alongside their BIDS TEAM, the successful candidate will also advise the Head of Procurement.
The successful candidate will ideally also have a strong appreciation or TUPE and Pensions law, this is because at the point of provision teams of people could be moved both ways between our client and their client.
