Leading commercial firm have a new opportunity an associate with 4+ years' PQE to join their commercial contracts department.
Due to expansion, the commercial contracts department of this highly regarded L500 rated firm are seeking an additional associate. You will already be working in this area of law with a City or regional practice, have an excellent academic background and be a team player. Day to day responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing a non-contentious commercial contracts caseload
- Complex high value international trading agreements which may involve agency, distribution, data protection, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property
In addition the work will from time to time include dealing with partnerships and LLPs, competition law, asset finance and consumer credit matters.
