Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Pontypridd

An excellent opportunity to join a leading High Street law firm in the South Wales. The firm have a growing reputation in the local area and provide an emphasise on the need for client care. They are seeking candidates with experience of running their own caseload from inception to completion to join their busy Pontypridd office.

Ideally qualified fee earner's (Solicitor, ILEX, Licensed Conveyancers) are required however non-qualified fee earner's are also being considered for this post and to deal with a broad mix of properties & clients from across South Wales. You must however have at least 2 years' experience within conveyancing and be able to managed a varied caseload.

You will be dealing with a mix of sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy, transfer of equity, shared ownership and new build matters, so preferably you will have experience across most of these areas.

Salary is to be based on PQE & experience however for skilled conveyancers you will be looking at up to £40,000 plus benefits.
