CQS accredited department in Bedfordshire seeks talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with a flair for business development.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, for our clients CQS accredited department based in Bedford. With solid experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property matters from instruction to post completion. Areas may include: sales and purchases; shared ownership; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; right to buy and; lease extensions. With a flair for business development, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and participate in initiatives, promoting the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient and possess experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing;
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You shall possess strong IT skills with Case Management experience advantageous;
You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
