Conveyancing Paralegal – £18k to £21k – West Midlands

Well-established firm seeks a motivated Paralegal to become part of their successful conveyancing team. The firm is offering a competitive salary and good long term prospects for progression. This role would be ideally suited to a driven Paralegal with a keen interest in conveyancing who is seeking a friendly and accommodating firm in which to develop their career.

The Role
The successful applicant will assist a senior solicitor on a range of conveyancing matters. Duties will include raising enquiries, issuing and composing Contract Packs, compiling search and mortgage reports, opening and closing case files and registering properties with the Land Registry.

This is a friendly and accommodating firm with an excellent retention rate. The firm is well situated and easily accessible by public transport.

Remuneration
A salary of £18,000 to £21,000 is on offer, dependent on experience. Candidates with significant fee earning experience who have higher salary expectations will be considered on their merits.

Candidate Specification
In order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a conveyancing department and have a good working knowledge of the conveyancing cycle.
