Global Client Development manager

This global law firm is one of the Acritas elite.  It has a truly global marketing and business development function which has been heavily invested in with new infrastructure and is actively expanding.

In this brand new Global Client Programme Manager role you will be responsible for developing a global key client programme that incorporates the country and regional key client programmes. You will develop infrastructure for the programme, best practice around key client management and use of CRM systems to support the programme. You will develop channels for the key client community globally to communicate, analyse which products are best suited to clients and develop infrastructure around communicating with clients through thought leadership, training, newsletters and reporting. Most importantly, you will be focusing on increasing profitability and market share from key clients.

You will have significant experience in client relationship management in a major professional services firm. Ideally you will have international experience, be culturally sensitive and excellent influencing skills.
