Leading insurance organisation requires experienced Corporate/Private Equity/ECM Lawyers wanting to use their legal experience in a different way.
The position will involve assessing risks associated with corporate transactions across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and stellar team within the insurance industry, and to advise on, and structure suitable arrangements for clients in a very commercial enviornment.
You will provide technical advice on often cross-border deals and the risks associated with them, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills as the position will also ultimately involve marketing tasks.
You must be commercial and personable in your approach, and comfortable with building relationships.
