Conveyancing Paralegal (Cardiff)

Eximius is working with a top tier international practice who are looking to hire a number of paralegals into their conveyancing team on a mix of Fixed Term Contracts (FTC) and Permanent employment. The positions will all be supporting their wider residential and commercial property teams but with a major focus on the conveyancing aspect. 

Candidates applying for the role must be law graduates with prior experience working on conveyancing matters in a professional capacity for a minimum of 3 months. Prior work load with post-completion matters are a massive bonus.  

The role will allow the successful candidates to gain exposure to one of the highest regarded law firms in the UK, whilst gaining a great level of autonomy considering the size of the firm. Duties will include handling your own caseload, drafting, conducting legal research, providing specific client support, and prioritising a wide array of tasks. 

Given that the role is based in Cardiff, South Wales - candidates need to be able to relocate easily (funding/support will not be provided by the client) or be local enough to the area to commute to the city center. On application please clarify if you are interested in FTC or Permanent employment.
