A reputable regional practice is seeking to appoint a property litigation newly qualified solicitor to join their team in Worcestershire.

Our client has a strong litigation division renowned for its expertise across a number of disciplines. They are seeking to appoint a property litigation solicitor at NQ level to work alongside their senior partner.

You will join a firm known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward thinking commercial approach. You will work as part of the property litigation team which is going from strength to strength, working alongside knowledgeable solicitors who can provide ongoing support to a property litigation solicitor looking to develop and progress.

You will work your way up to handling a caseload of matters to include complex land and property related disputes to include contested lease renewals, disputed dilapidation and service charge claims, and boundary disputes along with lease termination, trespass and nuisance.

Ideally you will have undertaken a seat in property litigation within your training contract. You will have a passion for this area of law along with the desire and ambition to progress internally.
