Leading US law firm is looking to hire a new part-time receptionist to work Monday to Friday, covering the hours 9.00am to 3.00pm. Responsibilities will include greeting all visitors in a professional manner, answering calls, dealing with directory enquiry calls, booking audio conference calls, booking taxis, taking receipts of faxes and couriers, carrying out general administration tasks such as photocopying and scanning, and any other duties as and when required . Previous legal reception/switchboard experience is a must as is the understanding of what it takes to help run a busy reception desk that has 5* standards. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be fully proficient in the basic Microsoft package including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Applicants should also possess the ability to work well within a team and be able to manage assignments with minimal supervision.
