My client, a market leading business with over 50 years of experience in the development of leading technologies for building large-scale automated systems and electric payments, requires a commercial lawyer to head up the legal and compliance function.
Based in their UK HQ in central Nottingham and reporting into the MD, you'll provide comprehensive legal support for the group of company's worldwide as well as legal support of all activities across all departments.
Day to day responsibilities will include structuring, drafting, reviewing, analysing and negotiating software licensing, professional services, processing services, technology and other related agreements, including but not limited to consulting agreements, distribution arrangements, reseller agreements and confidentiality agreements. You will also provide legal advice to business teams and reviewing third party supplier and vendor agreements.
Salary is likely to be in the region of £45-£55k and you'll either be a qualified solicitor or contracts manager with excellent commercial and communication skills.
