In-house Property Litigation Lawyer

A one-of-a-kind business, operating in the Technology and Telecoms sector, is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the business as part of their In-house legal team. This unusual and interesting role will see the successful candidate working on a large scale project and collaborating closely with colleagues handling non-contentious matters. The position is offered on an initial 6 month basis (with potential to be permanent), with a competitive salary and benefits package.

This one-of-a-kind business provides services to a number of businesses across the UK and, through its operations, encourages investment in product innovation and improved service in its industry. Due to changes in regulation of the industry, they are preparing to undergo a large scale property related-project, and as such require a safe pair of hands to advise on, and handle, a variety of property litigation matters.

You will; advise the business on any relevant changes in legislation and any subsequent impact on the business related to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, manage disputes and enforcement of rights through the court process, lead on property disputes, manage external counsel, and collaborate closely with other departments across the business.

Applications are invited from experienced Property Litigation Solicitors, ideally with knowledge of the Telecoms industry, but definitely with significant landlord and tenant experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a commercial flair, and the ability to work with other, non-legal, departments.
