In-house Property Solicitor

A one-of-a-kind business, operating in the Technology and Telecoms sector, is looking for a Property Solicitor to join the business as part of their In-house legal team. This unusual and interesting role will see the successful candidate working on a large scale project and collaborating closely with colleagues across the organisation. The position is offered on an initial 6 month basis (with potential to be permanent), with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful Property Solicitor will work with a team of experienced Solicitors and industry experts to help implement a large scale project across the business. Ensuring that colleagues across the business are kept up to speed with industry changes, the successful Property Solicitor will run workshops and training to internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for advising on; any legislative and regulatory changes, any impact related to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, any communication with external Solicitors.

Applications are invited from Property / Real Estate Solicitors with at least 5 years post qualification experience. It is preferred that candidates have some knowledge of the Telecoms industry and related property matters, and essential that applicants demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Due to the nature of the role, and the large project you will be managing, candidates with project management or interim assignment experience are encouraged.
