A Compliance Manager is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 200 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is an award winning personal injury specialist with an enviable reputation in the market. They are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to report to the Managing Partner.

The main focus of the role will be to perform file audits in addition to analysing performance and trends, and you will also identify where improvements can be made. In addition, you will participate in reviews of training and induction provision for new file handlers and provide advice and guidance on personal injury litigation. You will devise and deliver training on core compliance issues and provide advice and guidance on the Management Information metrics.

The successful applicant will have good commercial knowledge of Claimant Personal Injury work and the ability to conduct case related investigations. You will have a solid understanding of quality and performance metric and strong research and analytical ability. In addition, experience of running your own personal injury caseload and knowledge of Proclaim would be an advantage.
