An opportunity has arisen at multi-million-pound water company based in Northumbria; due to increasing work levels they are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be part of an established and well-regarded team, to take on a varied and interesting role.
You will have the opportunity to draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial contracts and legal issues. You will also be responsible for managing external legal advisers and mitigating any legal and commercial risks.
In addition, there are a number of ongoing large-scale projects which require support.
You must be confident in providing sound legal advice on a variety of commercial matters. IP and DP experience would also be beneficial. You will ideally have between 2 - 4 years' PQE and qualified to practice in England & Wales.
