A very good, mid/large sized law firm (top 100), held in well regard in the area, is looking for a property Litigation solicitor to join their team in Bristol. The team deals with the full remit of property litigation matters predominantly on behalf of clients in the retail and leisure sector and is now enjoying a further period of growth.
They are looking to recruit a solicitor NQ - 3 years' PQE to deal with a caseload of property litigation matters to include landlord & tenant matters, tenant defaults and possession claims. In addition, there will be an element of advisory work as well as opportunities for business development. This is a great opportunity for a junior solicitor to gain experience at a well regarded firm offering exposure to quality work and will significantly enhance your technical skills in the formative years of your career.
