Do you have Trust, Probate or Court of Protection experience and seeking a new challenge?
We are currently recruiting for two Probate Assistants to join the Tax & Trusts group, based within a thriving Private Client Division of a top London law firm on a permanent basis.
The roles are assisting the Probate Team with obtaining Grants of Representation, post grant administration and distribution of the estates of clients. They may also include general trust administration and assisting with general administration of deputyship/power of attorney/guardianship matters.
Some experience of dealing with Trusts, Probate and court of Protection matters needed and in turn they can offer a supportive and enjoyable working environment.
