Commercial Real Estate (Residential Development) 3 – 7 & 8+ years’ PQE NORWICH

Our client, a well-regarded commercial law firm in Norwich is looking to recruit two Commercial Real Estate lawyers with Residential Development experience. One of mid to senior Associate level (3 to 7 years’ PQE) and the other role is for a Senior Associate or for a salaried Partner (you will need to be at least 8 years’ PQE to be considered for this role). The team covers the full range of Residential Development work and you are likely to undertake the following types of matters: • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals • Development Agreements • Site set-ups • Option agreements and strategic land planning • Pre-emption agreements • Site assembly for both brownfield and greenfield sites • Promotion agreements • Consortium/collaboration agreements • Overage arrangements • Planning, infrastructure and environmental issues • Affordable housing disposals and planning agreements • Mixed user site development • City/town centre regeneration schemes • Large volume plot sales • Stock transfer and rationalisation.
