Agricultural Property lawyer NQ – 1 & 2+ years’ PQE CUMBRIA

Well-regarded regional law firm in Cumbria is looking to recruit 2 Agricultural Property lawyers to its team (one of NQ to 1 years’ PQE and the other 2 or more years). This is an exciting time to join this growing team. The roles will involve advising a range of clients from owner-managed businesses to larger scale developments. Principal duties and responsibilities will include: • Dealing with all matters relating to agricultural property including first registration of land at the Land Registry, easements, option agreements and renewable energy leases, sales and purchases of farms and farm land and tenancy agreements • Identifying and developing new farming clients and servicing our existing clients to an exceptional standard.
