Claims Supervisor

Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find a Claims Supervisor for an Award winning personal injury company based in Huddersfield. The salary on offer is negotiable depending upon experience and will be c£22K + a good monthly bonus.

The role will involve working closely with the claims team ensuring claims handlers are dealing with client enquiries to a satisfactory standard and in line with the Company's values and training. Much of the work is telephone based so it is essential that this person has an excellent telephone manner and is able to ask the right questions and have the ability to clarify information in a succinct and timely manner. This persona would also act as a referral point in the team answering questions and guiding less experienced members on all work related areas.

The ideal candidate will have worked within the volume personal injury or clinical negligence field previously and should have an in depth understanding the claims process. It is not essential for you to have had previous team leader experience but the role does requirement a candidate with natural leadership qualities.
