Claims Advisor

Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find a number of claims advisors of an award winning company based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Salary will be £17K + a good monthly bonus.

Due to expansion the company are looking to recruit several additional claims advisers into the team. The role will involve dealing with clients mainly over the phone, using the appropriate questions to assess the viability of a claim and then assisting with initiating the claims process.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, a good understanding of the personal injury claims process and an ability to work well under pressure. Candidates should be educated to degree level (LLB) and it is also desirable to hold an LPC. Although not essential it is would be helpful if the successful candidate has worked in a customer services role ideally on the phone, although full training will be provided to all new starters.
