Corporate Lawyer

A unique opportunity has arisen for a corporate and commercial lawyer to join a leading international law firm on an initial 12 month contract.

This hire will become a dedicated point of contact for a key client in the financial services sector, advising them on commercial contracts within the corporate space. This is a fast paced and unique role, with the ability to be flexible and communicate efficiently being a crucial skill set.

The successful candidate will be UK qualified with a track record in drafting and negotiating English law contracts. The level of responsibility offered would be well suited with a minimum of three years PQE.
