In-House Commercial Contracts Solicitor – South West
McKenzie Douglas are representing a well-recognised engineering company who is seeking a 4 – 6 years PQE Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their legal team. As a key member of the legal function, you will provide support on commercial contract issues across the business, with an emphasis on procurement, suppliers and customers. You can also expect to handle tender documentation and handling ad hoc contract disputes.
Requirements
- This would suit a Lawyer between the 4 – 6 years PQE mark
- Experience in drafting/reviewing and negotiating on commercial contracts (essential)
- Any exposure to other disciplines would be useful but not essential
Salary
Salary is market rate for a 4 years PQE Solicitor in the area. You will also receive benefits and a bonus to compliment your package.
