Commercial Property Solicitor

My client, an exciting law firm with offices across Middlesex are seeking a commercial property solicitor for its Twickenham office.

The firm act for clients in the acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold properties. Properties include retail shops, offices, warehouses, hotels and public houses. You will have an emphasis on the property development sector as well as portfolio management and landlord and tenant matters.

Candidates will have 2-5 years experience in commercial property and land development work. You should ideally have exposure to contributing to marketing of the department and networking.
