The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Conveyancer into their flourishing office close to Kings Cross, London.

The Residential Property department has an incredibly strong client base and a network of referral sources including many HNW estate agents. A large proportion of their transactions are a high value; they manage their caseloads using the latest case management software. Everyone only works on manageable caseloads; the firm is known for offering the highest level of service, and they subsequently charge well. The firm has an ethos of quality and wants to allow fee earners the time to deliver this service by making caseloads manageable. You will join a friendly, professional, and forward-thinking team. The caseload will include; Sales and Purchases, Transfers of equity, Re-mortgages and freehold and leaseholds.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX with between 1 - 4 years PQE
• Experience of developing and growing new business is essential
• You should have excellent communication skills
• Salary is above market rate and competitive depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
