Conveyancing Paralegal

A modern and constantly expanding law firm with over 5 offices throughout the west midlands is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential and Property Department in Coventry.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need a hard working nature and be able to cope with high volume of caseloads either assisting solicitors or taking on your own. You will be dealing with residential sale and purchase of both leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgage and transfer of equity as well as new build and help to buy cases to name a few.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ever expanding firm and gain valuable experience in all aspects of conveyancing.
Salary will be negotiable on experience.
