Management position to lead the China legal team of a Fortune 500 FMCG company covering all of China. Serve as the country leader for the legal function in its China operations and provide strategy and legal advice on a wide range of commercial, corporate and operational compliance matters. The role requires a China qualified lawyer with extensive PRC experience at both MNCs and law firms. Strong knowledge of US legal system is essential. Post graduate degree from an overseas university plus experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable. The incumbent will have regional experience, commercial acumen and good interpersonal and analytical skills. You must have bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English for the role. REF: 14232/TTL
