Licensed Conveyancer

A Licensed Conveyancer is required for a dynamic and friendly legal practice who have a strong client base. Salary is up to £40,000 and is dependent on experience.

The firm combines top law firm experience within a small, specialist team to offer exceptional high-quality service to its clients.

This bespoke and niche firm advises on residential conveyancing, commercial property and banking and finance.

The firm is located in Manchester city centre and is offering a lucrative salary for the right candidate.

About the role?

You will be a Licensed Conveyancer with over a years’ experience.

You will be experienced in the following areas:

• Buying and selling houses
• Creating new leases and flat management companies
• Buy to lets
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Buying new houses from builders
• Selling newly built or converted houses and flats
• Home equity release plans
• Shared ownership houses

You should be able to manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.

You will be driven, enthusiastic and willing to add new ideas to the firm. This is a great opportunity for someone to get involved in a modern and expanding firm.
