Residential Conveyancer

My client, a highly reputable Law firm who provide nationwide service across its three UK offices are looking to expand their successful law firm with experienced Residential Conveyancers at all levels to work at their Southport office.

The main purpose of this role is to effectively run a conveyancing caseload and perform a full range of tasks associated with these files, within specified timescales.
In this role you will effectively manage circa 40 cases at one time under the supervision of your Team Leader, until such time as your Manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Residential Property handling purchases and be able to manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to complete a range of tasks associated with your caseload efficiently, accurately and within specified timescales outlined in the Service Level Agreements.
