A progressive and modern firm seeks a Litigation Solicitor with Contentious Probate experience. The successful applicant will have the opportunity for fast track progression within the firm.

The Firm:
This is a well-established firm with strong local ties in addition to a national presence. They are Lexcel accredited and are well regarded due to the professional services provided by their highly experienced practitioners.

The Role:
The successful applicant will handle a caseload of litigious matters to include; Debt Recovery, Challenging Wills, Dispute Resolution, Estate Administration, Inheritance Act Claims, Bankruptcy and Professional Negligence. Reporting to the Supervising Partner, the successful candidate will be liaising with clients, providing professional legal advice and developing the business where possible.

Candidate Specification:
This position would be ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive boasting a minimum of 2 years PQE in Litigation. It is essential that you can manage a varied caseload with minimum supervision in addition to excellent technical ability and client care skills.

A salary of up to £45,000 can be expected however this is dependent on experience. A higher salary may be negotiated if the candidate has their own following and can generate further business.
