Progressive firm seeks an ambitious Solicitor to become part of their successful private client team. The firm offers quarterly pay reviews and an accelerated route to Partnership.

The Firm:
This is a growing firm with a professional and modern approach. They are Lexcel accredited and have a well regarded large private client team composed highly experienced practitioners.

The Role:
The successful applicant will handle a caseload of court of Protection work including deputyship applications, on-going finance administration and Ancillary Applications such as Trustee Orders, Interim Orders and Will Applications. In addition, the successful applicant will play a role in generating new business through marketing and networking.

Candidate Specification:
This position would be ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of dealing with Court of Protection work. It is essential that you can handle a full caseload with minimum supervision. Whilst not essential, STEP or SFE membership is highly advantageous.

A salary of up to £40,000 is on offer dependent on experience. The firm offers an attractive progression plan along with quarterly pay reviews.
